Ex-Donna athletes indicted:
Indictments have been handed down in the Donna High School hazing scandal out of Donna, Texas. If you remember several members of the Donna High School football team were arrested for pulling off a freshman player’s pants, slapping around his package and trying to stick their latex-gloved fingers up his ass. Well Derick Anthony Castillo, 18; Jacob Leal, 17, Manuel Josue Rivera, 19, and Raynardo Jaime Magallanes, 19, have all been indicted on charges of felony sexual assault and indecency with a child. They’re looking at various sentences ranging from 2 years to 20.

  1. IllPassOntheCoat says:

    Wow, that’s freakin’ homosexual.
But homosexual does not apply to a certain population common in the US, to which this story’s “protagonists” are probably apart of.
Bizare sexual acts with other men are seen as “manly” to this population. They are even portrayed as such on TV, TV being the moral compass box of the nation. Dy-no-mite!

  2. if taking a pine cone in the ass is manly… I’ll be asexual and leave partners out of the picture all together.

  3. This is definitely not hazing–it’s frickin’ sick shit. With the age of these “kids”, they’re going to be finding out just how sick it is in prison. What were they thinking? And it mentioned that their coach may have known about it and was keeping it quiet? Anything happen to him?

  4. He was fired.

  5. That was it? Ah, well, he’ll have no problem finding another job. I know of a couple high schools in Florida…

  6. Florida has enough problems without him.

  7. Yeah, seriously… dont send him to us.

  8. Okay, okay, I recind the Florida comment. Some Florida schools I know most definitely do have enough problems without him!!

My apologies, Jim, I didn’t know you were there!

  9. It ok, lets send him to another country… any one in the middle east will work.

  10. Wow, what a wake-up call for everyone at that school. Instead of school dances, football games, after school jobs and family dinners, these boys are going to prison. I know that they know what they did was wrong, but I wonder if they would have gone nearly so far if they didn’t have their coach’s tacit approval? Or if they knew what kind of punishement they were risking?

My thoughts go out to the freshman. I hope he’s not suffering social pressure/isolation because of all this. God knows he’s gone through enough as is.

  11. I think that things WOULD be different if the coach didnt run them like he did. I’d bet everything I have that he pressed them to torture the younger classmates. I doubt he suggested sexual ideas but in a kid’s mind; what is more humiliating than a nut sack on your nose ?

Im glad their being punished like this… breaking in the new guy is one thing, this was just sick.

  12. actually, the coach is now working as an assistant coach in Texas A&M-Kingsville. he is making 1/4 of what he made in Donna. as for the kids, more likely they’ll be tried in hidalgo county is not far here, so if i get the info of the trial i plan to go, i’ll keep u guys posted. as for that guy Derick Castillo, I’m sorry for him, cause he made a mistake and now he will pay for it for the rest of his life, he is probably going to be found guilty and force to register as a sex offender, although he’ll probably just move to Mexico.

the good think of all of this is, that the rest of the athletes and donna and everywhere around the valley, will know what happen to this guys and they’ll think twice before doing the same, that way the cops just saved future victims, and knows maybe one of the abused kis was going to shoot everyone in the school, and they were able to stop that too.

and also, very importantly they stopped a potential future serial rapists or killer.

i’ll try to keep u posted.

  13. good points

  14. wow I went to that school and I know one of the 3 guys I didn’t know it was so big till now 4 years later…
