Cross burnings investigated in North Carolina:
I guess I’m going to have to start keeping my eye on the racist cowards known as the Ku Klux Klan. Let’s see. Why don’t we hide behind masks, burn crosses and run, and leave some fliers behind. Biggest bunch of chicken shits that ever lived. Won’t even have a rally unless they’re surrounded by police. I thought I left you assclowns back in New Jersey. Millvile to be exact. Before everyone starts jumping all over North Carolina this is the first instance involving the Klan I’ve heard of in the past 7 years that I’ve been living here.

Burning a cross without the permission of the property owner is a misdemeanor in North Carolina. However, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in 2003 that, under the First Amendment, cross burning could be barred only when done with the intent to intimidate.
Why the hell else would you burn a cross if not for intimidation? Misdemeanor my ass. Find these cowards and send them to prison.
