Student Suspended Over Alleged Internet Threat:
In Colorado a 14 year old boy was arrested for sending a death threat to a 14 year old girl through AOL IM.
The student told police message said, “you are on my to kill list girl, u and the whole (expletive) school watch out.”
The kid was arrested on misdemeanor charges of harassment and interference with staff, faculty or students of an educations institution. He has also been suspended and had his computer confiscated.
Who wants to guess what his excuse is going to be?

Guess what kids. It’s not a joke anymore.
Also, I can already hear all the people who say this kind of response by school and law enforcement is over reactionary. Well the last time law enforcement under reacted 13 people ended up dead. Keep that in mind.
