This is why people should have to take a test before becoming any kind of parent. In the case of the Wyoming kid the house was being de-loused for the 3rd time. After the first time you would think that they would avoid lice from then on. Plus the parents are speed and pot users. Nice. And what kind of rocket scientist would lock his kids in a tent in the afternoon Wyoming sun? A good argument for forced sterilization if you ask me.
In the California case, how the hell do you forget your kids in a locked car for 5 hours? You would think after the first half hour she would notice that they were missing. The woman was the children’s foster mother. And we all know how well the foster program works. Seems to me she was only a few steps from chaining them to the furnace at home.
Idiots like this should not be allowed to reproduce.
